Made a Quiche Lorraine (a classic french tart with pork breast) in practical class today! It was delicious, but ridiculously rich and heavy… don’t think I’ll be able to eat dinner, and I might go for a run tonight!
Also, I think I mixed in a bit too much water, so at the end part of my dough got stuck at the bottom of the tray. Oh well, the chef said “c’est bon” so I’m pretty satisfied.
