Made a pissaladière (french-style onion tart) in practical with Chef Terrien! It looks a lot like a pizza (pissa=french pizza?), but tastes nothing like it. But, like pizza, it tasted delicious
Note the wrapped up finger. That happened during lesson 1 (vegetable soup), when I learned that a chef’s knives are sharp. Genius.
Recipe! The steps aren’t that clear because I really just transferred the notes I had taken, which were all over the place and a combination of French/English, but eh. If you’re really curious you can comment.
